Singapore's ~2,000 preschools have been stuck with outdated software for too long. Parents wait hours for check-in notifications. Teachers wrestle with clunky interfaces while supervising children. Finance teams re-key data because their "management system" won't talk to their accounting software.
The incumbents refuse to customize. They deliver late. They treat preschools like enterprise clients rather than communities of care.
CubbyBunny was built different
We built CubbyBunny from scratch, specifically for Singapore's early childhood landscape. Real-time notifications aren't a premium feature — they're our baseline. Every school gets to define their own roles and permissions. Finance integrates natively with Xero and QuickBooks.
Most importantly, we designed it to feel like it belongs in a preschool — warm, friendly, and intuitive. Not corporate. Not cold. Software that gets out of the way so people can focus on what matters most: the children.
