What happens after we join? Is there a contract?
No lock-in contract. Your Pioneer Pricing (50% off) is locked in for two full years from the day you join. After that, you’ll move to standard pricing — but we believe in earning your trust every single month, not trapping you. You can leave anytime with no exit fees, and we’ll even help you export your data.
How long does onboarding take?
Most schools are fully live within 5–7 working days. We handle the data migration, run on-site training sessions, and stay available throughout. You won’t be doing this alone.
What if CubbyBunny is missing a feature we need?
That’s exactly why Pioneer Partners are so valuable. You get monthly product sessions and priority feature requests. Our roadmap is shaped by real operator needs, not guesswork — and as a Pioneer Partner, your needs come first.
Are you PSG pre-approved?
Not yet — we’re actively pursuing PSG (Productivity Solutions Grant) pre-approval and Pioneer Partners will be among the first to benefit when approved. Is our data safe?
Absolutely. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored exclusively in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1), and fully PDPA-compliant. Children’s personal data is treated as sensitive data with enhanced protection, in line with PDPC’s Advisory Guidelines. We maintain full audit trails and never share your data with third parties.

We’ve built migration tools for LittleLives, Taidii, KinderSystems, and most common preschool platforms. If you’re on spreadsheets or paper, we’ll help digitise everything too.
