Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CubbyBunny platform operated by Magnified Pte. Ltd. ("Magnified", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Singapore.

By accessing or using CubbyBunny, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a preschool or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

CubbyBunny is a preschool management platform designed for Singapore's early childhood education sector. The platform provides:

• Student check-in/check-out with real-time parent notifications
• Activity logging and daily reports
• Staff management, rostering, and CPD tracking
• Financial management including invoicing, subsidies, and accounting integrations
• Parent communication via the CubbyBunny Parent App
• ECDA compliance tools and SPARK evidence organisation

To use CubbyBunny, your preschool must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You are responsible for ensuring that all staff members who access the platform under your account comply with these Terms.

CubbyBunny is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing details are available on our Pricing page.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup
• Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to prevailing GST
• We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price changes take effect
• Pioneer Partner pricing (50% off standard rates) is locked in for 24 months from the date of your Pioneer agreement. After the 24-month Pioneer period, your subscription will continue at the then-current standard pricing

CubbyBunny operates on a no lock-in basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No early termination fees or exit penalties apply
• Upon cancellation, you may request a full export of your data
• Data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that violates the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
• Resell, sublicence, or redistribute access to the platform
• Use the platform to store data unrelated to preschool operations

Your data belongs to you. CubbyBunny does not claim ownership of any data you enter into the platform, including student records, parent information, financial data, and activity logs.

You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the CubbyBunny service. This licence terminates when your account is closed.

We strive for high availability and will make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available at all times. Our infrastructure is hosted on AWS Singapore for speed and reliability. However, we may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates.

• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance
• Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice when necessary for security or stability
• We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control (e.g. internet outages, third-party service failures)

The CubbyBunny platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Magnified Pte. Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the platform as intended.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:

• CubbyBunny is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those expressly stated
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active users via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
